Fair distribution of rewards requires weighted goals.

In assessing the relative quality of work done by individuals or groups within the enterprise the BNFT token model utilizes blockchain DLT. The endgame of “workplace happiness” is achieved only when the individual and enterprise is seen as growing in a beneficial or desired direction.
